All submissions for RSA Montreal 2011 must be completed by 23 May, 2010.

Available Submission Options

  • Call for Papers -- use this module if you are looking for papers with which to assemble a panel. Calls for papers are NOT evaluated. They are for your convenience to post your call on the RSA website. You must submit the panel to be considered for inclusion in the program.

    Do you have the following items?
       - Name and contact information for people receiving paper submissions
       - Description of the subject matter you are soliciting

    if yes, continue to Call for Papers module
  • Individual Paper -- use this if you wish to submit a paper for consideration. If accepted, it would be combined with other papers to create a complete panel. DO NOT USE THIS LINK TO ADD A PAPER TO AN EXISTING PANEL.

    Do you have the following items?
       - Names, email addresses, and affiliation of all authors, chairs, and organziers
       - Paper title
       - 150 word abstract (longer abstracts will be truncated)
       - A/V requirements for authors

    If yes, continue to Paper Submission module
  • Add Paper to Existing Panel -- use this if you have the access code emailed to you when the panel was entered in the system. If you do not have the access code, please check with your panel organizers.

    Do you have the following items?
       -Paper title
       -150 word abstract (longer abstracts will be truncated)
       - A/V requirements

    If yes, continue to Panel Update module

  • Panel -- use this to submit a panel for consideration.

    Do you have the following items?
       - Names, email addressess, and affiliations of all authors, chairs and organizers
       - Paper titles for all papers
       - 150 word abstracts for all papers (longer abstracts will be truncated)
       - A/V requirements for all authors
       - New this year: Maximum 4 papers per panel
       - New this year: You can include up to 3 panel organizers and 2 paper authors
       - New this year: You may not use your email address as a placeholder. We must
                                   have the actual email address of the panelist.

  • Roundtable Discussion -- use this to submit a roundtable discussion for consideration.

    Do you have the following items?
       - Names, email addresses, and affiliations of chair and all participants
       - Title of the roundtable
       - Description of the roundtable subject matter
