Panel Chairs & Organizers:
- To submit a new panel to the database, click here. You will need the following information:
- Panel title
- Associate Organization or Discipline, if necessary
- Panel Organizer name and email address
- Panel Chair name and email address
- Panel Respondent name and email address
- Panel Presenters' names, email addresses, paper titles, paper abstracts, and whether they need audio/visual support (i.e. LCD projector)
- To make changes to a panel you have already submitted, click here. You will need your access code, which was emailed to you when you submitted the panel. These screens will let you add and edit abstracts and modify panelists.
Panel Presenters:
- To add your abstract to a panel, click here. You will need your access code, which was emailed to you when the panel was setup. If you do NOT have the access code for your abstract, please contact your panel chair or organizer. You cannot add your abstract until after the panel has been created.
- To edit an abstract you have already added to a panel, click here. You will need the access code.
Individual Presenters:
- To add an abstract, click here. You will need the following information:
- Presenter name and email address
- Paper title
- Paper abstract
- Audio/Visual requirements (i.e. LCD Projector) of the presenter
- To edit an abstract you have already submitted, click here.
